Hello it has been 5 months since my Minecraft account is not working. So I have forgot my transaction id. Is there any other way I can prove that the not working account is mine? I actually have sent you all of my information 5 months ago ,but you did not fix the account.

So if you could try finding the information then you can fix my account. If you cannot fix the account then can you just refund the 27 dollars that I used to buy the account ,so that I could buy a new account?
