I no longer have a transaction ID, I bought the game back in 2010 (or 2011), when it was about $12. I do not remember how I paid for it. I cannot find my Email receipt either, I probably deleted it years ago. The email address I used to register my game is xeyla_death@yahoo.com.

I tried making a new account on the minecraft website, and it says my email is already in use, so I tried the "forgot password", but I am not getting a reset email. I checked my trash and spam folders, but it's not in there.

I have emailed support, but they are not responding to my reply. That was 7 days ago.
