@MojangSupport for the love of tennis. I've been unable to sign into my Microsoft account for months, either mobile or ps4. Tried following the support ticket recommendation of uninstalling and reinstalling, and that just deleted my saved worlds. Ridiculous.

I'm reasonably certain that I did just that a few hours ago and was told they could not help me. Not with a solution for my app crashing, not for an account or purchase recovery, and not with a refund.
