@MojangSupport owned the game since 2010. Decided to replay it. Don't have access to my game but have sent multiple emails with my receipt of purchase and no replies or support.

I have been trying to get back into the game since last year, it never got fixed. So I gave up and now I can't get any direct responses or ideas to why my game is not connected to my account.
