@MojangSupport Have been trying for two weeks and multiple tickets to get support with Minecraft Java login problem. Have no reply but automated. Would like some actual support please.

So, how many weeks do I have to wait patiently for the quick response to my tickets requesting help with a login problem? Personally, as someone who works customer service and has for the past 20 years, I'd think settling a simple account login ticket would take about 5 minutes.
