I bought Minecraft dungeons jungle awakens from Microsoft store, and i cant open it from the Microsoft store nor from Minecraft dungeons launcher. It says I own the app, but there is no button to play it.

Yall support websites aren't helpful. I'm not going to fix my problem by reading, well yall problem that I cant play a game I bought. Yall need to help me personally to fix that bug you guys have. Bc I asked for a refund and they didn't accept it.
