@MojangSupport was logged in and playing on a friend's realm for a little bit, then got kicked with the "Unable to connect to world" message. Haven't been able to log back in since. Tried resetting the router and XB1. Any suggestions?

A lot of links to dead pages there. I've tried removing and re-adding my friend. Made sure I wasn't in the Beta program. NAT is set to Open. Allowed to play multiplayer. Reset my router/modem. Even uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft. Same message everytime...
