It's been more than a full week that realms have been down for some people. Are you going to even tell us what's wrong with them?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is currently a known issue. The team is currently working on a fix that we hope to have out to everyone as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while we work on the solution! ^SP

At this point I feel like you just send that to any message that happens to incorporate the words "realms" and "broken." Anything different or just an idea of what happened is all I'm asking.
