My kid has been waiting for four months. We gave up and had to buy a second account.

I waited 8 months for a reply, they referred me back to Xbox. Xbox confirmed it’s @MojangSupport who need to sort. I completed the form again 3 months ago still no reply 😳. End of my tether 😡
