@MojangSupport i would really appreciate an update on the Realm issue currently going on. Paying for something monthly and not getting any updates when i cannot even connect to the server is not okay. Please handle this or i want my money back

I think he wanted more of an answer regarding whether or not you know the issues origin, as well as if you have an ETA on when things will be fixed.
