this is very unprofessional, people haven't been able to play your game that they pay money for, for a few days now, and all we get when we contact you is the same cut and paste response, that tells us you don't care, if you did you would release frequent updates. so upsetting

The bad customer service team apologizes for the inconvenience, but this is currently a known issue. The team is currently working on a fix but they will not give customers a hint at what the issue is or anything other than a copy/paste reply.
