@MojangSupport I cannot access my log-in email, therefore i cannot change it and i cannot submit the support form either because you can't contact me on that email. What do? I can log in but I want it changed for security reasons.

Apparently I can't do anything without my transaction ID from like 10 years ago. So I'm stuck playing on an account which I cannot change email/security/password on. Is this reasonable?

And the reason for not being able to access my email to change these things is because it's a deactivated school email. I can prove that it is, and that it belongs to me, and its link to the Minecraft account. I even live in the same location as when I created the account.
