This isn't a me issue... But I tried to "Close the Realm" and it's just been on the closing the realm load screen for over and hour. I tried to restore to a previous time and it gave me an error 500 that it couldn't. I'm more interested in when you think you might fix your side?

I understand things can take time to fix but an update to all the people paying subscriptions to play on your realms would be good customer service.
