@MojangSupport My friends and I keep getting a connection error saying we timed out when trying to join our realm. I’m seeing that I’m not the only person with this issue.

How about an actual answer? An indication of whether it's going be fixed today? Tomorrow? This week? This is a PAID FOR service and I've seen better customer service for free to play games.

Right?! This is the only game I actively pay money to, and simultaneously has the WORST customer support. It took 16 hours to respond-just to send me the link to their help page, like I wouldn't have already checked there-and like many others weren't having the same problems too.
