@MojangSupport waited 6 months for support to reply to my ticket and they closed it within a day w/o doing anything

I provided not only the TID, original email, email used for purchase, but the exact location from where the acc was bought 6 years ago and they still closed the ticket

I still have access to the email I used to purchase and I still have the receipts, I've emailed mojang several times
