#minecraftrealms are down and have been down for almost 24 hours, world-wide. It appears that instead of fixing the issue today, @MojangSupport is just going to let things sit until their scheduled maintenance on Monday. Cool.

This is supposed to be SaaS, the community identified this issue well before support even reacted to bug in JIRA. Clearly someone made a commit before bolting on a Friday and took down a large portion of us for DAYS. This isn't acceptable. We should be compensated.
