@MojangSupport I have minecraft for win10 on my computer because I had purchased the java version ages ago. When I try to get minecraft for win10 on a new computer, same microsoft account, its saying I have to buy it. What gives?

I have now been tossed between FOUR chat reps. Each claiming they weren't the right department. I'm repeateing the same things over and over and nobody is helping me. :(
