@MojangSupport Hello ive been trying to update my minecraft account but it keeps saying i dont own minecraft (which i dooo mind you). Here's a pic of it saying it worked but nothing changed on my account.

I've alreeady send one but i cant find my transaction ID since my account has been made over 10 years ago. All i know is the username (calvin14b) i use to play minecraft and i cant connect it to mojang account for unknown reasons.
