@Minecraft @MojangSupport my and a friend just downloaded a fresh instance of minecraft and was met with this when we tried to unsucessfully run any instance of minecraft we have a full account and everything please can u find out what is wrong with the launcher atm

ive tried this and none of it helps my problem the installer wont install all the right files and my friend cant even play realms due to the fact its now at 1.16.3 and her game could only be 1,16,2 at the latest now it wont even regester any files to even run the game
