@MojangSupport help my account was stolen and hacked and I can’t change the email cuz I no longer have access to it nor do I have access to the transaction ID

I have sent in like 3 of the emails?! And nothing back I have had that account since 2014 I have been with u guys since pocket edition came out as well?! I wanna know a way to get my account back! With out having a bot auto reply!
