Hi @MojangSupport, you closed a ticket that I never got support on... I'd appreciate if you would communicate on why it was closed or at least give me the help I asked for 3 months ago.

I no longer have the transaction ID as that wasnt a consideration as something important to my 12 year old self. Its been like 10 years since then so I dont have it... I created the ticket but left off the Transaction ID
