@MojangSupport You know what's great? Waiting 7 months for a reply that I wouldn't need to wait for if you had just not locked my account and disallowed email password resets. I know my security questions, I have access to my email but I still don't have access.

This all started because I didn’t have my transaction ID and was told to send another email with as much info as I had. It’s been silence since then.
