@MojangSupport Hey I've been trying to reset my password for an email I have access to and it won't send the email to reset it. I put in a support ticket on September 3rd and haven't heard anything back. I just tried to reset it again but still no luck. Please help!

So I've still not received anything after now 11 days. I've gone on to buy bedrock but still want to have my java account fixed. Should I put in another ticket since it has been 24 hour?
