@MojangSupport Minecraft will not load so we can play. It sits on the red MOJANG studios screen and never loads past it. We haven’t be able to play for a week. Why does this keep happening and when will it be fixed?

It started working again, just like before. No explanation. 🤷🏻‍♀️
