@MojangSupport hey, my gf lost her password for minecraft and when she goes on " Forgot Password" she doesn´t get a new one in her emails. anything you can do here?

we already sent an email and never got an answer... she also doesnt have the transaction id because its 10 years or so since she got it and she thinks someone else bought it for her. could you check her emails if there a account linked to any of them?

Hey, anything you can do? When er wrote an e-mail we only got an Automatic reply to Change the Password. But we never got to Talk to a human
