@MojangSupport I just downloaded Minecraft: Java Edition & can't play. It says 'Sorry, unable to start Minecraft. Please check your configuration.' Tried watching videos to fix it but can't figure out out. What do I need to do? Thanks!

I've done that. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling 5 times. Tried using .msi & .exe versions. I don't have any incompatible software. So what do I try now?
