@MojangSupport Xbox one, stuck at loading screen with grey bars and Minecraft across the top, sticks with about 6 bars left to finish loading. This comes after an update. Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall. You won’t lose any save files.

The only uninstall option I am given is "uninstall all" which includes the saved games? Any help gratefully received!
