Hey @MojangSupport I know you guys are experiencing high call volume, and all... but I opened a ticket back on 7/31 and still haven't gotten anything more than an auto-response. Trying to buy Java edition for my kiddo, but your site won't let me.

Did that. My problem isn't covered by existing articles, and no human ever replied to my ticket, 961901. Hence reaching out via social media to hopefully get some kind of response. Been 43 days since it was opened.
