Hey @MojangSupport, I've been trying to recover my old Minecraft account. I've opened support tickets, submitted my transaction id, and I haven't heard anything back. It's been a few weeks. When can I expect a status update??

My first ticket was created in April. I thought it must have gotten lost, so I made a new on a few weeks ago. April was a long time ago. Is there any way to verify if my April ticket is still in the queue? Happy to provide a Zendesk number from the email if it's helpful.
