@MojangSupport Why is does my minecraft question have no priority? I can't access the game and have been trying to fix it since May. When i made this ticket the Status was 'Resolved' (why??) I commented on it later and it went to 'open'. Are you ever going to look at this?

Are you really so backlogged that you've still not been able to get around to responding to my contact in May? I can't access my account and I just want to show my son the game. Can you please sort it out?
