@MojangSupport I cannot reset my pw because the acct isn't migrated and I no longer have access to the email I used to set it up. I have my transaction id and sent it, but my help requests are still being ignored b/c you tell me to just use the reset pw form. I cannot do that.

@MojangSupport Please answer the question. Is your queue literally over a month long, or are my tickets being auto-flagged as "password issues" and discarded without being looked at by an actual human? Because the latter is what really seems to be happening.
