@MojangSupport Tried to buy the Jurassic World Addon pack for my son on his iPad. It never gives him the pack, and you charged me twice for it. Can you please fix it so he is able to use what he paid for, and refund the money that you double charged me for?

That didn’t seem to help at all. Our problem is we were charged (twice) for the content, and it is not aviailble on the iPad, or via his Microsoft account. Please refund both purchases since it was not provided to us.
