@MojangSupport sent a support request two weeks ago because I can’t login to an old account and lost access to the email address. Provided a receipt. No response back at all. Understand being backed up but seems like you are just shut down completely.

And now almost 6 weeks later you have never responded to the ticket I opened. Have you shutdown entirely? It should not take over eight weeks to respond to support tickets. I don’t recommend anyone buy software from you unless they are prepared to lose access and their money.
