@MojangSupport how do you transfer packs bought locally on phone to a Microsoft sign in account? Asking for a friend...😬😬 The game advised I transfer packs to online acc to avoid loss of data etc but when I log in there’s no obvious place to transfer.

No help whatsoever. I bought a pack, it keeps failing to download. I try logging in and transferring to see if that will work and nope, signing in doesn’t help. I get an error message and ‘try again in a few days’ Not great, is it?
