@mojangsupport Impossible to login to microsoft account on switch. Promted again and again to login on aka.ms/remoteconntect but nothing happens. Mailed support but no real help

Ok, but it makes the realms we are paying for pretty useless. Are there any plans to refund at least for the weeks when this problems has been present?
