@MojangSupport Last month I emailed you via the web form because all my DLC and coins disappeared. After sending many (but not all) of the transaction screenshots, I've been ignored. Over $100 USD in marketplace content+purchased app on every platform+realms=ignore. Thanks.

63 days since I opened the support request. 49 days since anyone had the decency to respond to the ticket. I opened a new ticket and the one was closed silently. This is ridiculous.

I Just opened ANOTHER SUPPORT REQUEST "Your support request (1105081) has been received." I included a pdf of the first 66 day long email with screenshots of transactions and pdf of this tweet

Received an immediate response to send screenshots (even tho they were attached) and then radio silence again.
