@MojangSupport I am unable to login to my mojang account which I have had for over five years, and despite trying to reset my password I have yet to receive an email for it. Are you going to fix this or are you going to tell me to go to your support page that isn't working?

Amazing, the automated system responded to my request with an email immediately, which is over a week and counting faster than the password reset email that I actually need.

It has been over a week and my issue still is not resolved, do you ever intend to help fix my account issue or are you just hoping that I'm just going to repurchase minecraft.
