Can we get an actual person on this Twitter account not a fucking not. Pls. I feel like they aren’t even reading and trying to solve these tickets. I know y’all problems because of COVID but having to wait three moths for a response is honestly unacceptable.

I'm not sure, but it seems like that they don't read it at all. For every case they just copy and paste a response.
