@MojangSupport Hey, I emailed you guys about an issue with my account, not receiving password reset emails. Account was purchased around 9 years ago and not sure if it was transferred to a mojang account, have the transaction ID though. Any help appreciated. Cheers

I already did email you, and then when I got an automated reply which told me to attach my transaction ID, I haven't had a reply, this was a good few days ago now. Cheers
