Yo @MojangSupport I know you have lots of tickets right now but my girlfriend’s account has been reset like she doesn’t own the game... She has sent transaction ID to the auto reply. It’s been over 2 weeks but no reply. Ticket # is 1009816. I know it’s a simple fix. Pls reply :(
