@MojangSupport @MicrosoftHelps my account that I’ve had for about four years suddenly won’t let me in. And my efforts to get help VIA the help center haven’t been fruitless. The email to reset my password never arrives and I’ve done everything I can but to no avail. Help please

I did this already and waited a week only to re open it and find it closed. So I would like to get in contact with a person. And I must’ve bought my account when I was 16. So why would I have though at the time, to save the code.
