Hiya @MojangSupport my friend can't get access to their acc back, can you help? 馃槩 They just got two "be patient mails", but on 30th July and August 7th.. Their pass reset isn't working, they checked all the spellings and spam folders, but to no avail... The ticket no. is 987486!

Yeah sorry but this is getting really annoying. You've been giving the same response to everyone for basically a year and the emails are basically copy-pastas. Please hire more customer support, you're clearly understaffed and you can 100% afford it
