@MojangSupport I had three tickets since March asking for help recovering my account. You said to open a new ticket which I did (ticket 1049780) & in 5 days no response. With how bad my experience has been I was hoping if not resolved someone would've at least reached out by now

Can I expect this to be resolved before the end of 2020? I provided everything asked for and yet 6 months later nothing has changed.
