@MojangSupport my son’s laptop broke so we got him a new one. Can he transfer his Minecraft account to play on the new one? I’ve logged in but only see the option to purchase new game and can’t access old one. Can you assist please?

I have logged in and when I want to download it request for payment as if I was buying a new game. Is there anything I’m missing?
