@MojangSupport Hi, I am currently having issues connecting/joining online multiplayer. I am not sure why, but it seems to be either a server-side issue, or something is wrong with my client (I use the official version and OptiFine). Can you explain?

Thank you for this information, but I should've mentioned that I am using Minecraft: Java Edition, And do not own (dor can I join) any realms. The following video shows the problems. (both servers support 1.16.2)
