@MojangSupport Hey, since the 1.16.2 update, I've been unable to download the resource packs my server is using, the game freezing in the green bar screen. I play on PS4 and it's on a PC server.
I can't find anything on the bug reports about this.

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
