@MojangSupport still having issues despite this update, game is physical cartridge and receive “an error occurred” at the upload screen when trying to replace realm with local world. Purchased realms subscription and Windows 10 edition specifically for this and unable to use.
Minecraft Bedrock on Switch: We released hotfix 1.16.21 tonight to resolve the issues with crashing & freezing. If you were having issues loading Realms, those should be resolved now. Please contact @mojangsupport if you’re still having issues. Thanks for your patience. - HZ

I'm sorry to hear that's happening still! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
