@MojangSupport play on the bedrock version (PS4) and linked my microsoft account (Name: WiryCrayfish510) to my ps4 accaunt. There I bought packages (resource packages, maps e.c.t) in the minecraft store. After an update on the ps4 in minecraft, I lost all the packages. Help pls.
