@MojangSupport so when is my nearly 6 month old ticket going to be taken care of? This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Are you seriously SIX MONTHS behind on tickets?! I filed my ticket in March. I have received NO correspondence except for an email telling me to use the help desk, and to respond if i needed more help. I DO
