@MojangSupport Now when I play on my switch, it keeps saying, "Microsoft account failed to automatically sign in, please manually sign in." After manually signing in, it keeps showing the same text over and over.

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
